Hey there, I’m Denisha Lias, the founder of HeyGurl! I started this brand with a mission close to my heart—to create a space where women can feel supported, uplifted, and inspired to live authentically.

As someone who has faced my own struggles with mental health, I know firsthand how important it is to have a community that helps you stay resilient and grow through life's ups and downs. HeyGurl was born out of a desire to cultivate that kind of community, where every woman feels empowered to take control of her life, prioritize her mental health, and live boldly, without hesitation.
